Ministries

Cornerstone Church has many ministries that are focused on helping us grow in God’s family as we are built on the Cornerstone, Jesus Christ.

Family Sunday School

Everyone, young and old, are together for Sunday school. We have fun, we learn from the bible and memorize scripture. We believe there is great value in embracing the multi generational aspect of church.

Wednesday Night Kid’s Church (4 years old – Middle School)

Our Kid’s program is for kids program is for kids 4 years old through middle school. The evening begins with a meal (that anyone is welcome to) at 5:45 p.m. Around 6:15 is when the program begins. We have fun, learn from the bible, memorize scripture and sing songs. You do not need to be a part of the church to come! Go here more information and for signing your kids up. 

High School

High school youth group is in the works.

Our “Iron sharpening Iron” Men’s Group meets 5:30 a.m. in the church basement! We challenge each other to grow in our faith, lead our families well, pray and drink LOTS of coffee!

There is a women’s bible study that takes place Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m. at the Sommerlot’s house. Other women’s events and groups are in the works.

We have a number of small groups going, if you would like to be a part of one talk to pastor Zach. In our small groups we go deeper with one another. We care for one another, pray for one another, challenge each other to live out the gospel.

We believe God has a global prospective to His mission (Mal 1:11;  John 3:16; Rev 5:9-10; 7:9) and so we do as well. We support a number of cross cultural missionaries that you can check out here.

We care about serving our community! We believe God has us rooted here to be His love and witness to Denver and the surrounding area. We encourage everyone to love and meet needs to those around them in the community. Below are a few of our ministries and other local organizations we support and engage with.
